No blog-spiration? (A)I might have the answer.
We’ve all been there. You’re struggling to come up with an idea for your next blog post, and you need it fast. You’ve been staring at a blank screen for what feels like hours—or maybe even days!—but you can’t muster the inspiration to get you going.
What if I told you that the future of blog posts lies in AI? That’s right: artificial intelligence is here, and it can help you come up with blog post ideas on demand.
AI is reinventing the way we think about blogging, and it’s all thanks to GPT-3, a state-of-the-art natural language generator developed by OpenAI. The simple idea behind GPT-3 is that AI can be used to create content based on a prompt that you provide. And it’s already helping people write blog posts faster than ever before.

First of all can AI write content that is worth reading?
In a world where everything else seems to be getting automated, it’s no surprise that people are asking questions like can AI actually write content that is worth reading?
The short answer: Yes.
The long answer: Also yes, but there’s more to it than that. It all depends on who’s doing the writing and for who, what kind of content they’re creating, and what their goals are. And of course, it also depends on how well they use the AI tools at their disposal.
How do you get started with AI-generated content?
First things first, you have to decide what kind of AI-generated content you want to create and why. Are you looking to create a blog post? Is it important for your work to have a conversational tone? Do you need the content to be SEO-friendly? Knowing these details will help you choose an AI tool that will meet your needs. Then all that’s left is following the prompts provided by your chosen tool!
For example, I’m writing this blog post on artificial intelligence. And I’m not just writing it, I’m using AI to create it! Before I even started the process of writing, I fed text about AI into my machine learning software. Then I created a brief for myself: “I just used AI to write about using AI to create blog content.”
Then I took that brief and fed that into my machine learning software. Suddenly, a whole new world opened up before me! The program spat out various versions of the same article—all in different tones and voices and with different content details. It was like magic!
In fact… it was magic! Now all I had to do was pick which version of the article best fitted my brand’s voice and copy and paste the final draft into this blog post. As you can imagine, it would have taken me quite a while to get to this level of content-creation
What can AI-generated content do for you?
The world of artificial intelligence is exciting and full of opportunity. That said, it’s also a bit intimidating to many people and something that many people fear. But that shouldn’t be the case; and here’s why.
If we’re going to move towards a future in which artificial intelligence is even more prevalent, it’s important that we start addressing this uncertainty upfront. We need to allow people to feel comfortable with AI, and bring them into the loop as much as possible so they can make informed decisions. There should be an A/B testing framework in place that allows users to test out the results of machine learning on their own terms. By doing this, we can demonstrate how AI systems work and give users the opportunity to decide if they want these algorithms incorporated into their lives… or not.
The AI system is not only helpful to those of us who struggle with writing blog posts, but it is also a substantial tool for helping with creating engaging content, from providing topics to write about, rewriting your text sentence by sentence, and even creating an entire blog post using just a few simple sentences.
There are many different sites online that offer services at varying price points and quality, but I experimented with copy.ai and wordtune. You will find these tools useful in improving your writing technique. They can help you create product listings for your eCommerce store, blog posts for promotion, or even just help you get the wording right on the homepage of your upcoming website. There is even a section that will write a love letter on your behalf! Who said romance was dead… Perhaps this is too far into the realm of de-personalization, but to each their own.
The first part of the post was created using both the “Freestyle” and “Blog Intro” options. For the experiment, I stitched together the text of several sentences, like, “How to write a blog about AI” and “Can AI generate content worth reading”.
It is also possible to use a variety of writing styles, such as Persuasive, Relaxed, Luxury, or even Elon Musk, but I opted for Friendly. As soon as I hit the Create Copy button, several articles were written within 30 seconds from which I could choose the most suitable. The possibilities are frightening when you think about what artificial intelligence can do, but the future of content creation is an inevitability. That said, blog posts may become more and more vanilla as time goes on.
What’s the catch?
You should be aware of some caveats, and one of them involves Google, the supreme overlord of all things web-related. Our Big Brothers over at Mountain View feel that AI created content is spam. They intend to punish sites that rely on AI to churn out content. And while they have not figured out how to do this yet, you can bet your bottom dollar that they are working on it… ironically, probably using AI.
There are so many things out there that AI is creating, from the terrifying to the bizarre. In the future, I will probably continue writing about this topic, since I find it an incredibly fascinating frontier. Now I just need to upload this post to let my AI copywriting buddy make it somewhat legible for you, our dear readers.
Enjoy,
