
Yellow Cherry is Hiring – Studio Administrator Job
We’re looking for a part time Studio Administrator to join our small but mighty team in our central Inverness studios. Working with businesses in the Highlands and the wider UK, you’ll get the opportunity to help them develop and grow by supporting our team of designers, developers and project managers.

The role is part time, salary dependant on experience, ideally split between 3/4 days a week, although we are more interested in hiring the right person than rigid hours!
Key Responsibilities
Client & Finance administration
- Maintaining accounting records on Quickbooks online system
- Paying bills online, paying in cash and cheques at the bank
- Credit control activities including sending late payment reminders, statements etc
- Daily bank reconciling
- Preparing and filing VAT returns
- Dealing with client enquiries around invoices and payments on account
Studio administration
- Assisting with fielding incoming telephone calls
- Welcoming visiting clients and suppliers
- Opening post
- Maintaining filing systems
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
- Ensuring studio cleanliness
- Dealing with utilities & equipment suppliers
- Upkeep of risk assessments, First Aid and Health & Safety certification
