Salary: In the region of £35,000-40,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our agency and our clients. We work with clients across a variety of industries, delivering tailored solutions that combine creativity, data, and technology to drive results. You will craft and deliver multi-channel campaigns, playing a key role in client communication, brand strategy, and improved performance.
As a key player in the leadership team you will assist the Agency Founder with managing staff and business development activity. Your contributions will directly influence profitability, making your role vital to the agency’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for both the agency and clients.
- Copy write, build and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels including PPC, display, social, content, email and offline channels (supported by our designers and developers).
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes across multiple campaigns.
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposal development.
- Training, supporting and line-managing junior staff.

Demonstrable Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage teams and campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRMs, Meta Ads, etc.).
- AI literate and practically applies this in their professional tasks whilst being ethical aware of use/bias/privacy etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles is a strong plus.
- Building trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
