Studio Administrator

We’re looking for a Studio Administrator to join our small but mighty team in our central Inverness studio. Working with small business in the Highlands, you’ll get the opportunity to help them develop and grow by supporting our team of designers, developers and project managers.
The role is part time, ideally split between 3/4 days a week but we are more interested in hiring the right person than rigid hours!
Key Responsibilities
Client administration
- Setting up client folders (hard copy and online)
- Ensuring clients sign estimates and terms of service
- Maintaining the client database
- Domain and hosting renewals
General finance administration
- Maintaining accounting records on Quickbooks online system
- Paying bills, paying in cash and cheques at the bank
- Credit control activities including sending late payment reminders, statements etc
- Daily bank reconciling
- Reconciliation of internal time management system.
- Assisting with production of monthly management information
General office administration
- Assisting with fielding incoming telephone calls
- Opening post
- Maintaining filing systems
- Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
- Ensuring studio cleanliness
